Shipping & Delivery: Stock is subject to availability. Although we aim to ensure information on our website is correct, we reserve the right to change pricing and availability to its correct form if found to be incorrect. If all your items ordered are "In Stock" and "Standard Delivery" has been chosen, you should receive them within 3 - 7 days working days. In most cases we ship within 24-48 hours. A signature may be required on receipt, so it may be more convenient for you if we deliver to your work. We will send you an email when your order leaves us. This may contain a carrier reference for you to track your parcel.; IN STORE PICKUP - you may collect your online purchases from our store upon checkout, simply select in store pickup option. Once you are notified that your items are available they can be collected.; PEAK DELIVERY TIMES (During Christmas & store sales) Our shipping times may take longer than usual. We do our best to ship out quickly however due to the volume of orders both online and instore this can take up to a week to process orders.; Gift Wrapping not available for orders shipped.

Returns & Replacements: If you are unhappy with your purchase you can exchange any full priced product provided it is unopened and in perfect condition. You must contact customer service 0402015516 within 14 days of receipt of your delivery. Discounted or special ordered items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Valid proof of purchase is required. We ship in new condition, we cannot refund items damaged in transit. We ask that you contact customer service prior to returning any products..

Payment, Pricing & Promotions: Education Station accepts Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST. All discount coupons offered by Education Station are subject to change and expiry without notice. Items on sale will not be discounted further by coupons.

Limitation of Liability: Neither Education Station, its Directors nor our Content providers will be responsible or liable to you, or any other party, for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages (including negligence) that result from your access to, or use of this website or its Content. No Warranty is offered by Education Station on any product other than the specific manufacturers warranty, where applicable. Warranty claims are with the manufacturer.

Errors and Omissions: Errors and omissions can be made to descriptions,product images or prices, we reserve the right to cancel any order which has been processed but may have an error in pricing or description. If you find an error or omission we would welcome your feedback.
